Roasted Chickpeas




1 15oz. can chick peas/garbanzo beans
1 T. olive oil
1 tsp. smoked paprika
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
pinch of cayenne pepper
pinch of salt

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Rinse, drain and dry beans. In a bowl combine oil and spices. Toss the beans in the oil mixture and coat well. Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil and spread out the beans. Cook for 10 minutes, shake beans around and cook 10 more minutes, shake beans and return to oven for 5 more minutes. Transfer to a serving dish and top with a little sprinkling of paprika.
