Ingredients:
1 12 oz. pkg. semi sweet chocolate chips
1 8.75 oz. can mixed nuts, salted
1/2 tsp. unsalted butter
How to make this recipe:
Place chips in a microwave safe bowl and microwave at 30 second intervals till melted. Mine took about 2 minutes. Stir in the butter till smooth. Add in the nuts, a little at a time to make sure they all get good and covered. Line a cookie sheet with wax paper and spread peanut mixture into a single layer. Place in freezer for about 20 minutes, or until set. Remove and break apart. Keep refrigerated.
